Thinking further about the possible blacklisting of CGNAT IP addresses, don’t most mail providers now require authentication, eg authenticated SMTP? So they know who their possible spam originator is and can disable at account level. Disabling at IP address level doesn’t seem sensible in the modern world. Gone are the days where you could simply fire email at an unauthenticated SMTP server on port 25.
