Unless the device was purchased used with an existing admin account the message 'Your IT administrator has limited access' is due to the current admin accounts user having configured/changed Windows or one or its settings and/or installed 3rd party software(including presence of 3rd party AV/AM[1]) changing a default Windows settings. [1] CFA requires Windows Security and its Windows Defender client and enabled as the AV/AM client (i.e. no other AV/AM program or app should be running resident and active). -- ...w¡ñ§±¤ñ
