The Macrium version, like a 7.x or greater, should be good enough for handling Windows partitions (with disambiguation) and Linux EXT (without disambiguation). windows drives prepare by Macrium should have the identifiers changed so two disks are not "confused" with one another. When EXT4 partitions are smart copied, you might have to change the block IDs manually for best results (so a GRUB boot, boots with the correct disk drive or partition). Paul
