Not sure it’s that much better, it’s just one level up in a different
panel, and you have to go to Accessibility first if you already turned on
Reduce Transparency or Bold options.

Yo do have to turn off the ‘Reduce Transparency’ (and/or Bold if you set
it) option first, then you can adjust the Liquid Glass setting in Displays,
then go back and turn on ‘Reduce Transparency’ again, which seems to
overall give a much cleaner UI if you use both settings.
