Do you think that would work, three different networking stacks that all try 
to talk to the same hardware (the ethernet card) ?

Why do you think they are/expose different proxy mechanisms - where did you 
get that info from ?

Have you googled for all three, and if so what is said about them ?

Last but not least : The first two exist as DLLs of the same name and have 
APIs.  I have no idea what you think "PAC/AutoDetect" is, or what ... 
thingamagotchy (program? DLL? Something else?) in windows offers it to you.
