These have been posted many times in ACW and for years.
Many have been removed from the government sites per standard
procedures, but some still remain.

And certain people, not me, in ACW took screen shots prior to the
information no longer being kept on the sites.
So of course snit claims the screen shots are faked, which they are most likely not
because a handful of people, including myself, saw these charges when they were first discovered.
Also the font, case number format and many other items are just like online cases and
would be difficult, if not impossible to fake.

It's also important to understand how snit reacted when this information was first posted.
The thread is long but basically snit claimed that "you can't believe everything you read
on Usenet" while ignoring the fact that it was a government criminal court site that
the link referred to.
He kept that lie up for a while and began ignoring the obvious.

I won't rehash it as there are probably 100 different threads proving snit
a criminal.
Oh and BTW, snit was arrested for public harassment, booked, fingerprinted and
spent the night in the clink.
For whatever reason, his attorney worked out a deal with the prosecutor and the
charge was dropped which is why it no longer appears.

If you really want to know what this piece of trailer trash snit is about,
simply ask in ACW and you will get an earful from the regulars who followed the sites,
took screen shots and so forth along the way.

Steve Carroll and Gremlin are two posters who have done that.
I believe APD did as well.
So either all of these people are lying and their evidence is somehow faked
or it's real.

Oh BTW, snit has a number of traffic violations in Nevada as well.
He lived there before he moved to Arizona.

It seems that honest and honorable snit, as he refers to himself, has
an aversion to having insurance on the car he drives.
He got caught for that multiple times BTW.
