You've helped me a lot over time so I'd like to pay back with information.
Please see my posts in this thread proving, step by step, it's not a
browser issue, per se, and it's not a Windows issue, per se, and it's not
an IP address issue per se, and it's not a cookies issue, per se, etc.
In the exact same session I can reliably go from Google thinking I'm a bot,
to Google thinking I'm not a bot - so it's actually rather conditional.
Gaming the Google-bot algorithm is much like gaming the Amazon Vine
invitational algorithm, where I'm currently 2 successes to 3 failures.

I, like the OP (and many others) watch YouTube every day all day, without
ever creating a YouTube (aka Google) account, so you definitely can do it.
You just need to be intelligent about it - and - you need to do some work.
The simplest way around the YouTube account creation is to use anonymous
YouTube accounts, which abound in the thousands online via Android apps.
The most reliable is the open source YouTube-replacement named NewPipe.

Lest you worry that it "only" runs on Android, it's trivial to mirror
Android onto Windows so your phone displays two feet tall on Windows, where
the phone uses the Windows keyboard, clipboard, mouse and speaker.

There are other solutions, less handy, such as ClipGrab, YouTube-dl, 3dyd,
yt-dlp, etc., (even incorporated inside of VLC to play entire playlists),
but in reality I've tested them all but mirroring is too easy to ignore.
Note if you're on Apple devices (which I have plenty of), mirroring works
also but you can't use the open source tools anymore - but Vysor works.
