It isn't a "bad picture".  

The creator of GinTwo is mentally retarded.  It isn't a secret or anything 
of which to be ashamed. He is afflicted with Down Syndrome and Fragile X 
syndrome. It's quite rare to have both conditions.

He talks about it all the time while wildly flapping his hands about and 
slobbering. In fact, for this very reason, the majority of GinTwo's close 
to five hundred users are retarded. 

They relate to him and are proud of him.
