You make a good case.
My advice is to not engage snit in any type of discussion because he will 
troll, troll and troll some more.
Simply ignore him and never respond to snit directly.
The core group in ACW are doing just that and it's causing snit to scale the walls
of his rubber room at the Psych facility he is currently locked up in.
