One of the top figures in Iran today (Larijani) in an interview said if

Interviewer said how?.. Larijani answered, "All it takes is a 
quadcopter. Do we have quadcopter tech under our belts or not?.."

So it's not just his "head". Hahhahh :-) They want to do something to 
his belly button too. Hahhahhahhahah :-)))
