It could always be that they don't really use it as much as they should, or your idea of 
proper display isn't something they look for.

I use a theme that makes the colors easy to read.  Not sure I'd say 'the way I want them' 
but then you never did explain your 'want', you just complained.   A screenshot would have 
told us a lot more.
