So, you admit that you aren't working with things that are actually Halt 
Deciders, ad thus not working on the Halting Problem!



Remember, ANY thing that is a Halt Decider, to meet the requirements, 
must return 1 (Halting) from the call H(P,d) if P(d) will Halt.

Basic definition of what a Halt Decider is.

Since you claim your H is "correct" to give a different answer, it isn't 
a Halt Decider.

DEFINITION.

YOU FAIL.
