Just for clarity, let me repeat what I said earlier this morning: "He clearly knew his legal and moral obligations about paying for the gas and obviously had a good intention to pay for it up to the point where he contacted the supply company. But he continued to use it well after that, for at least two years it appears, without reply, without stopping, without paying, and with no agreement that he could use it for free."
