SSDs are generally encrypted. They are securely deleted when you delete.

It's really a shame that you couldn't be arsed to use google and fact check 
their claims for yourself. Can you do anything on your own? Does your wife 
need to assist you in tying your own damn shoes?
Does she need to wipe your ass for you? I bet she does when you come 
staggering back in from a visit at the local pub. 

I have no reason to suspect you've reduced your excessive alcohol 
consumption. And, even if you have, the damage to your brain is already done. 
Those brain cells are perma lost.
