Not initially but then I restarted my MBP and, yes, I see that now. Strange -
I guess I must have messed things up when experimenting with various key
combos earlier. I'm glad to see there is an other location option too. More
importanly has John H made any progress despite my unintentional attempts to
confuse the issue!!!
