Absolutely. For me I love my 8 button Logitech MX518... the next and previous
buttons, configured with SteerMouse (or USB Overdrive) makes a huge difference
for me. For others the shape of the mouse does not feel right, or the idea of
having so many buttons is intimidating. And that is fine.
