Water is regarded more reverently in Utah than in Illinois. Here, people will leave the faucet running so long it is painful to me. In Utah you will get thrown out of an apartment if you use too much water. I don't claim to be the most efficient, but I can see that Illinoisans are maddened and wasteful.
