These numbers seem accurate enough, but notice how many of these
cities are in "red" states.  Blacks are predominant enough in
the figures, but they don't vote.  They have sex, just like white
people, so this is a public health problem.  Pretending that sex
doesn't exist, like so many white conservatives believe, isn't
going to solve the problem.

I've never had an STD, which is remarkable given that I am a gay
American man.  One reason, which you alluded to, is that I've
never taken big black African-American cock up my ass.  But while
blacks are disproportionate carriers of STDs, the U.S. public
health system should be dealing with it.  Nobody would allow Ebola
to spread unchecked, but HIV is just fine.  "Cultural diversity,"
or some such bullshit.  I've had all my recommended vaccines, but
if I did catch measles they would not hesitate to quarantine me.
HIV is just fine, however.  They would have a parade in my
honor, as I like to sarcastically say.
