And the lower the temperature, the lower and broader the spectrum in question, as well as the peak shifting to longer wavelengths. Most of the emission from any low temperature blackbody is outside of *any* narrow window, ko0ky. To get most of the emission in a narrow window the emitter needs to be damn hot, with a tall narrow distribution as a result, and the window needs to be around its peak (in much shorter wavelengths than infrared, by the way).
