Did you know that the Stargate project did a "remote viewing" of Jupiter 
BEFORE any probe was sent there?  The "viewing" revealed that the planet 
had a RING! At the time I'm sure Chimp would have said that this was 
totally nuts and impossible. Later probes confirmed it. Now chimp will 
say everybody knows Jupiter has a ring. ESP has always been proven a 
fraud after the fact.

it is close enough to the
equator to cause the ring.
In which case, Saturn's magnetic North
pole must be smack dab right ON

As you can see in the linked picture, the magnetic pole is nowhere near 
the red spot.

No, John, they're not. They are the glow of ionization caused by the 
influx of solar wind particles funneled by the planet's magnetic field 
lines toward the magnetic poles.

We don't see Jupiter acting like a rotating bar magnet. Instead its magnetic 
field is pretty much stationary as would be expected with the poles aligned.

It would be rapidly changing, because then the magnetic pole would swing 
around once a Jupiter day.

No. It helps to understand what causes auroras. Specifically, it helps 
to understand how the magnetosphere funnels charged particles toward the 
magnetic poles. In other words, it's useful for you to learn why the 
northern lights happen in the north.

Since the magnetic north pole of Jupiter is known to be near the 
rotational axis, and since this is nowhere near the red spot, yes, that 
has been excluded. Keep in mind that Jupiter probes already sent have 
already done a mapping of Jupiter's magnetic field, so we have MEASURED 
where the magnetic pole is.
