No, no, you just don't get it Jimp! As warm air rises it expands and 
cools UNLESS there is man-made CO2 in the atmosphere in which case the 
air can do anything you SAY it does. Especially if it furthers your 
political agenda. That's why they call it "climate change" because the 
story constantly changes.

along with the later term "Global warming". Today it is only politically

Old and new has nothing to do with that.

Hot air raises, because is less dense due buoyancy,
and cools itself* down while expanding due adiabatic effect.
It the opposite effect than when a bicycle pump get hot
while pressurizing the tyres.

* aside of slow thermal transfer with surrounding colder air
