They don't have to wait. They can use entanglement to go faster. Something
like this. A mirror on planet Mars and a detector here in a physics
department laboratory. By using a qbits quantum computer the particles of
a body can be reconstructed on Mars rapidly by a portable 3D printer.
(teleportation).

there is no need to go to Mars and put a "vibration sensor" on it.

stupid.

use the money to feed poor, meds, housing, and give them clean water.

Why spend 1,000,000,000 ???????

http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/sloan-school-of-management/15-875-applications-of-system-dynamics-spring-2004/projects/nasa.pdf

the space station cost over 100 B to design and build upto 2008

the space shuttle cost 500,000,000 per flight !

Most of us thought so, but these days it seems one isn't so sure...

The Criminal Swine Glazier refused to stop his practices & rejected
to be taken down, because Glazier at his age of 87+, Swine Glazier
labeled himself as "Siegman Fraud" which is synonym with "Bowel-
movement, actually saying that __ "Glazier is a piece of shit"__.
who, to boot, also announced that Glazier is a Transvestite who dons
female dresses and a Sarah Palin mask, saying that he has "nice
legs"...
