Actually, there were 5 of them... https://www.hq.nasa.gov/alsj/alsj-DSNLocations.html ... although the 3 in Australia were pretty close to each other...

The hyperbolic radio antenna is used to receive the radio transmission from the Apollo 11 mission. The sensitivity of a large hyperbolic radio antenna is estimated using a 300 km height satellite that emits a 100 W radio signal which produces a sensitive of a large hyperbolic radio antenna of approximately 10-8 W that cannot a s-band 3.5 x 10-12 W radio signal that originates from the Apollo 11 mission from the moon.

The sensitivity of a large hyperbolic radio antenna is estimated using a 300 km height satellite that emits a 100 W radio signal which produces a sensitive of a large hyperbolic radio antenna of approximately 10-8 W that is four order of magnitude larger than the 3.5 x 10-12 W s-band radio signal that originates from the Apollo 11 mission from the moon.

Well, that's wrong right off the bat... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NASA_Deep_Space_Network "Each complex consists of at least four deep space terminals equipped with ultra-sensitive receiving systems and large parabolic-dish antennas." Parabolic, not hyperbolic.

How many spinoffs would there be from the effort to create fusion power plants? How many spinoffs have their been from decades of effort to despoil the land with a multitude of windmills?
