Simple. Use the receiver location in California (Goldstone), or the other
one as necessary. I believe there were 3 of them.

The third is near Madrid, Spain. They are spaced about 120 degrees
apart so that at least one of them would be in view at all times.

Actually, there were 5 of them...

... although the 3 in Australia were pretty close to each other...

The hyperbolic radio antenna is used to receive the radio transmission from the Apollo 11 mission. The sensitivity of a large hyperbolic radio antenna is estimated using a 300 km height satellite that emits a 100 W radio signal which produces a sensitive of a large hyperbolic radio antenna of approximately 10-8 W that cannot a s-band 3.5 x 10-12 W radio signal that originates from the Apollo 11 mission from the moon.

Well, that's wrong right off the bat...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NASA_Deep_Space_Network

"Each complex consists of at least four deep space terminals equipped with ultra-sensitive receiving systems and large parabolic-dish antennas."

Parabolic, not hyperbolic.

That means you cannot detect a radio signal from the moon or Mars.

Well, not with a hyperbolic dish, you can't. That's why they are not used to detect signals from spacecraft.

Here...

... the word 'parabolic' appears 32 times in this paper and the word 'hyperbolic' appears zero times. Get a clue...

We should ramp up funding for making fusion power plants.

How many spinoffs would there be from the effort to create fusion
power plants?

How many spinoffs have their been from decades of effort to despoil
the land with a multitude of windmills?
