The RATE of global warming from fossil fuel burning is faster than in any of the previous mass extinctions caused by increased temperature.

How do you know that those mass extinctions were caused merely by increased temperatures?

excellent question.

and those previous 'mass extinctions' were they world wide ?
  which species ?

How did Nature increase the temperature in the past to cause mass
extinctions ?

Did mother nature burn more oil and coal ?

the biologists could give you a list. It's long,
hence the description of "mass extinction".

other factors include various mechanical cycles in earth's
orbit, variations in solar cycles, geological factors.

Rephrase the question as:
Did mother nature burn more hydrocarbons?
the answer would be: Yes,
in the form of decomposing bio materials previous held in
conditions of permafrost for one example.

Enjoy,

Not true, Sergio. The IPCC says the only solution to "climate change" is
a trillion dollar per year "energy tax" distributed to the Third World
"leaders" to waste. Socialism s just how you get the tax.

darn, its not too late,

I'm, starting up my own third world country, and make my own rules, and
get that carbon tax money for the Leader, Me, and the staff, trickle
down effect into the economy. Instead of two policical parties, we'll
have one, mine, and we'll call it MeinParty.

I could write a book too, about me, "my story", call it MeinKampf.

I will hire Nads and kensi pupa, to post my stories everywhere.

I know Nads and kensi pupa are both socialists, My government is more
national Socialist Liberal. National Socialist Worker’s Party leader,
Me, will rule.

Socialist Government for WORKERS! This is what Nads and "kensi" have
been fighting for so desperately all these years. You may yet replace
Stalin as their only male hero.

I'll help buy into such a country.

Oh, and as an 'emerging economy' those silly environmental regulations won't
apply to us.

The science is pretty clear. Care to state a case for FUD?
It certainly seems FUD is the policy of climate change deniers.

Okay:
Fear: worry is born of fear.
Uncertainty: "disastrous consequences ***if*** current trends"
Doubt: "warned" is not "predicted with scientific certainty" so there
is doubt whether one must devote resources to prepare for the
advertised brand of "disastrous consequences."

>It certainly seems FUD is the policy of climate change deniers.

How so?

And who here are "climate change deniers?"

<https://nofrakkingconsensus.com/2015/04/07/asking-the-wrong-question/>
To ferociously insist – as politicians and activists do – that
man-made climate change is real is meaningless. That remark is worthy
of a child. It demonstrates no sophistication whatsoever.

And let's quote a physicist from the same link:
"Man-made climate change certainly is real. There’s no doubt it’s
real. The question is: how much and whether it’s good or bad? Those
are quite separate questions. I would say it’s, on the whole, good.
Also, it’s not as large an effect as most people imagine."

Note he used the word, "imagine."

http://www.globalwarming.org/2012/02/07/the-great-delusion/#more-12926
"In centuries hence the global warming boogey man will be seen for
exactly what it is -- The Great Delusion. Future generations will
wonder how so many people could have believed something so suicidally
ridiculous."
