Renting is STUPID! Might as well throw away
money.

Work hard, earn a good wage and then BUY.

I've made more money owning real estate than I have working. Makes me
wonder why I didn't pursue that full time.

Asset prices are rising but that can change.

If you don't do most of the work yourself,
you're going to be paying through the nose:
negative cash flow.

I've always done everything myself.

I'm doing it right now. I keep saying I'm only going to put the windows
in. Then it's I'm not going to do the drywall, except where I have to to
put the cabinets in. Now I'm down to I'm not going to do the siding, but
I'll probably end up doing that too. This way I get to buy some cool
tools with the money I save, and still come out ahead. They want $22K
just to do the siding, with me doing everything else. Seems too high to
me.

Get some of Janithor's Mexicans. They bicker a bit, and there's always
some kind of drama going on, but they're hard working, on time and under
budget, compared to high priced Americans who are always playing the
victim card because democrats always cheat.

Yes, I do clean my own toilet bowl, and I keep it real clean. What am I
gonna do, hire someone else just to come clean my toilet?

Use a bucket from Lowes like Bert does

Good man but you need to upgrade the cheap Lowe's
bucket to a hand-made red cedar bucket.

A good one will set you back about three hundred
bucks but it's worth it because, with care, it will
last a lifetime. When I think of the tons of shit
my cedar bucket has contained over its working
lifetime, it makes me proud.

If you want an amazing mental picture, just imagine old Bert filling the
Lowes bucket in his van. Then can you imagine walking into Walmart with
a sloshing bucket filled with poo to be emptied in the Walmart restroom.
The only reason they let him get away with it is his age.
