The Maui Conference on Dark Matter is on schedule for next Wednesday, June 27, 2018 in Haiku Marketplace room 244. There are six tables and fifty seats. No video will be taken, but an audio recording is being planned so the Proceedings can be produced. Attendees can be anonymous. I hope for 3 attendees. Free admission at 10AM. Ending before 4:30PM June 27. The audience is invited to give your ideas about dark matter, which affects the motions of galaxies. The author will present the idea that dark matter is matter without electrons. This is a state of matter beyond plasma. Plasma has free electrons near to protons and they are paired. Smithereens have no electrons paired to protons, so the dark matter cannot emit ligh, or absorb it. I will be the main presenter at the opening session: Alan Folmsbee MSEE "Gravity Volume Theory Unified with Electromagnetism" Participents will be invited to present their ideas at length in an office space in Haiku, Hawaii. Bring a projector or big monitor or website or a plan to show your concepts. 10:00AM Main Events : No Charge CoWork Maui Haiku Marketplace, 810 Haiku Road Unit 244 Haiku, Hawaii 96708 The second session will be in an office space 7 miles away with full facilities and internet. The office has room for at least 10 people in comfort and civilized surroundings. 40 people would be a standing room situation. No reservations are needed. No money is charged to attend. The event will go on even with two participants. The closing session at 1PM will be in Haiku, Maui, Hawaii, USA at an elevation that is well above the severe tsunami threat and within 4 miles distance of the Center for Astronomy of the University of Hawaii (no affiliation with this author). http://www.ifa.hawaii.edu/specialevents/ This session will conclude at 4:30 PM June 27, 2018. Dark matter is photons going faster than c.Or electrons that have no spin.Or electrons with no field.Or hydrogen with 3 neutrons and no protons.Dark water is sand between the stars.Or H20 molecules between the stars.Hawaii is a good place for dark matter because it could be black cold lava dust filling most of space. None of this is reality, but when your 90 and still typing it begs the question "who cares?" Better to be a crazy thinker than being brain dead.Bert

It must be absorbed and stored to create tiny weight at the atom's solid surface. Mitchell Raemsch
