Then, since you don't know how to do any calculus, divide it up, by hand, into about 40 little sections, and measure the total area under teh curve. Then divide the area by the period of the sinewave. This gives you the AVERAGE VALUE of the sin² function. [hint: the correct answer is 1/2.] Then take the square root. Then... omg!
