All of them are failures/spammers of sci.physics which begs the question, why so much time spent in sci.physics? A normal person failing physics or finding it too difficult moves onto something else in life. But no, some failures are crazy along with failing, and so they run to sci.physics to deposit their mind rot on a daily basis, some even flooding the newsgroup. 

The latest new failure is Arindam Banerjee who thinks he is god's gift to physics, proclaiming himself as the second Newton with his farce, sick formula e=0.5mVVN(N-k). When asked how his formula could be energy, since its units are kg*m^4/s^3, whereas physics calls energy kg*m^2/s^2, the insane Arindam pontificated away the shortcomings, as a godlike Arindam has no shortcomings. Maybe Arindam is just the thing Benj needs, to worship a deity of physics, along with ghosts and seances, a East meets West, sitar meets trombone. 

Maybe I should waste some of my time in writing the book "Definitive History of physics crackpots with their Crackpot formula"

It would include Reber's G = emc^2 and include Arindam's e=.5mVVN(N-k) and include Porat's just plain P, with not even an equal sign.

Periodically a gang of 4 or more, mostly anonymous names flood sci.physics. A recent spasm occurred in July 2017 with

Jeff Relf 

Probably all just one person with fake names, and, my opinion is that it is all just Jeff Relf doing the flooding. These spam posts would usually end with "to learn more on how these posts are generated-- go to..."

What I opine, is, to learn more about knuckleheads, is telephone call Jeff Relf and waste 2 minutes of his time out of his life, as he is wanton to waste time of readers in sci.physics.

Why these flood-spammers cannot be bounced out quickly rather than flood spam, flood pollute for weeks on end. 

Moroney and McGinn are the classical failures but lack the intelligence to move on, and with McGinn talk of weather, the goofball has not enough sense to realize he should be in sci.geo.meteorology, not sci.physics. 

Benj is a pernicious failure of physics for he hates science altogether-- a anti-science twerp. So pernicious that he issued a death threat on AP.

Moroney's ilk and mode of operation is stalking, who identify people to attack and then just say the opposite of whatever the author says. Stalking itself is a form of insanity, and Moroney is doing it now for almost 24 years. They stalk incessantly. They are depressed and their posts are depressing. Stalking relieves them-- but of what, for they no longer really have anything of science to contribute. 

Benj is a science hatemonger, believes in crap-- ghosts, ESP, black holes, gravity waves, spoon bending, denies Global Warming, and that Porat is full of science not full of sh(t. 

McGinn threatens the entire board with his spam pollution treadmill, he recycles his posts 2 years-old just to fill the front page, adding no new content. He goes under various fake-names- Claudius Denk. He is a veritable frontpage-saturation-klutz. Mind you, the twit talks endlessly about weather yet this is sci.physics. The twit when asked to experiment with a IR thermometer to verify Greenhouse Effect shrugged that off, as if science is pontification, his pontification never any experiment. McGinn is a huge huge menace to sci.physics. McGinn is such a moron of science that he denies Global Warming. 

I have found Google Abuse Reports a valuable tool and have often reported McGinn so as to never see those repeating threads "hidden from view". It takes but 2 minutes per day to hide from view the McGinn front page saturation, along with several other nutters. And because of McGinn's persistent desire to flood the front page, I opine he is insane. 

Porat is a huge huge menace to science, all science and any form of science. Porat is posting from Israel and on a recent measuring test, showing it to be a robot. His/its posts have no science content. His game is stealing, or the manhandlers game is stealing. And the way he plays it (or Porat a robot with manhandlers). Their stealing game is to declare some stupid silly Abstract or Archive somewhere,, anywhere,, some dumb archive, so they claim. So they post baby talk, actually stolen ideas of Lord Kelvin and mathematician Tait on "circlon" and when they see a poster with good science talk, they invade that poster's thread, and claim the author stole their science from Porat's archive. The stealing game is -- get entangled-- and when the author dies, regurgitate that work-with some changes and claim Porat did it all. In a different thread, I ask the question of whether this is the new modern day version of how stealing the works and ideas from others-- some mystery archive and an attack on other posters claiming they stole from the Porat baby talk. Evil, evil, wicked evil.

Then of course, there is the comedy routine of Reber and his partner Hanson, the Ha Ha scatology feces thrower Hanson. Hanson never does physics, and should have been booted out decades ago. Reber is a insipid robot, pelting out insipid comments, along with Starmaker and KCIR2. Never is there any physics to this nonsense, so please, never talk to them, because you only increase this robot nonsense traffic that only tends to downgrade sci.physics. 

Robots should go elsewhere and leave the key science newsgroups to do science, not this "hey, look what my robot garbled out today"

Stalkers are a huge menace to any newsgroup, these failures and sick in the head, what they live for, is to daily stalk others. I sympathize with all women in the world who have ever been stalked, what it feels like to have a "crazy after you", a crazy like Mike Moroney. Although the legal system has in place "restraining orders" that stalking has taken a new turn for the worse with the advent of Internet and social media, and really, no laws on Internet stalking. Perhaps what can be done in this situation of usenet science groups, is to have a Policy rule, that if an original author of a thread finds a stalker that harasses, is to post a harassement note, which warns the stalker to go away, and if he does not heed the warning, that Google or ISP pull the plug on the stalker.

It is easy to see that it is Kinetic Energy 1/2mv^2, but who writes it as .5mVV? Is it written like that in India, or is it Arindam's attempt to masquerade KE so as to make it look more original in his con game.

But the big question is where does Arindam ever latch onto a factor of N(N-k)

Does he get that from Binomial theorem which uses the factor n(n-1) and Arindam cloaks that -1 with -k. Or does Arindam get the factor from the quantum numbers N, L, m_L, m_s where n and n-1 crop up. Or, does Arindam just pull this factor out of the clear blue sky of India on a rare day that there is clean enough air in India, to breathe.

David Birnbaum is teaching the world, how far money can go for putting out nonscience stuff. Whether nonscience can be included as science.

For example, David apparently was never formally trained in either math or physics. As we can see in the above there is no equal sign, meaning it is not even a Equation. At best, the above is a "expression of philosophy" not science.

A equation of science is the relating of one concept with a different concept and requires a equal sign.

So, no, David has no science above because it is not a equation. His ideas are philosophy, not physics, not math, not science.

The drift I get from reading reviews of Birnbaum, is that he makes much ado over nothing with Potential. So if you had a Big Bang, then before the Big Bang you had a potential of a Big Bang. But this is not physics, not science but mysticism and philosophy.

It is a shame that someone with a lot of money like Birnbaum throws it away on trying to make himself famous, famous over nothing, when instead, he could spend that money on build a gigantic geothermal electric power plant there in New York State, and be fulfilled in life by having spent his money wisely on the greater Social good of all, rather than crawl down into a worm hole in trying to be famous, when fame is not in the cards.

As for the derivation, it has been online since 2003. It has been discussed
recently in the ng.

no reaction component.

Still getting the Table of Errors up and running. This table of errors is just a small sample of errors in mathematics, but enough of a sample to Warn students of what they are up against with buffoon math education. Would you go to school, college for biology, where they teach Creationism, not Darwin? Of course not, for you be as much of a fool as those college teachers are. In the same manner the below is a list of errors in Math, taught in many colleges around the world. 

1) Teach a ellipse is a conic section when in truth it is a Oval. Just do the simple experiment roll a stiff paper into cone, tape it, cut with scissors and see it is a oval, never an ellipse.

2) Teach that the number 1/3 is .3333333.... when in truth it is .3333..33(1/3) with a second decimal point of (1/3). In Grade School, you were taught

3) Teach that sine function is a sinusoid wave when in truth it is a semicircle wave, and the error math professors make is they arbitrary assign 180 degrees to be the number pi, forgetting that because they defined sine as opposite/hypotenuse, that the unit circle forces 180 degrees to be not arbitrarily assigned pi but rather must be 2. The number 2 is 180 degrees and that forces the graph of sine to be semicircle wave. Yet math professors the world over are blind to their bumbling mistake of trigonometry.

4) Teach a proof of the infinitude of primes that the Euclid Number is not necessarily a new prime. A correct valid proof teaches that Euclid's Number is necessarily a new prime number in indirect method. 
Here what is at stake is the lack of Logic used in a reasoned math proof.

5) Teach that the Calculus integral is a summation not of rectangles but of line segments with 0 width, and teach the Calculus derivative as a tangent slope to the function graph, in which such a figure could not possibly tell where the function graph is heading for in a successor point, in other words, the derivative is useless in the conception of it in Old Math. Whereas in New Math the derivative is the function graph itself and is capable of telling a future successive point given a present point. But try telling that to a brainwashed math professor, brainwashed his entire life.

6) Infinity has a borderline, which throws out the limit concept as phony baloney, and has an impact on almost every subject of mathematics and all the subjects of science.

7) Massive overall of all of Symbolic Logic, where virtually all the logical connectors were in error, the "or" was wrong, the "not" was wrong, the if-then material conditional was wrong, even the simple "and" was wrong, thinking the "and" was truth table of TFFF, when it really is TTTF. So almost all of Logic, before AP was wrong, and after AP, it is as if a nuclear warhead hit the subject of Logic and all went flying apart and scattered to the four corners of Earth, such was the revision of Logic. 
discovery 2005-2016 --really must double check here, for it was over many years of correcting one connector then another; it was a piecewise process of correcting. 

8) Not a mistake or error, but check to see if your college of choice offers classes in LOGIC, intro to logic and then Symbolic Logic. For if your college does not offer Logic, then its math department is too weak to be of use to you. Math starts with Logic.
