Not that a mission to Europa is a bad idea, but that humanity needs to learn, for sure, that gravity is EM, and the best place to learn this is the smallest form of gravitational bounded systems is Ida and Dactyl asteroids. I think both are huge magnetic rocks, sort of like flying lodestones.

Our next mission is to send a probe to Ida and gather all the data on gravity.

Until Ida & Dactyl came along, perhaps all physicists believed ther was a lower limit to gravity- bound-systems and that asteroids were far too small in mass to be locked together.

With Gravity=EM there is no lower bound.

Seems to me, that if our civilization is unsure of Gravity, what it is, how powerful it is, that the first thing we must do in Space travel and missions is solve what gravity is, before we find out in a tragedy.

So, send a probe to Ida and Dactyl.

Can we measure interspace Voltage? Is there some type of Multimeter to fasten onto a space probe whose electrodes measure the voltage in outer space, the Ambient Voltage.

I can measure the Ambient Voltage while walking through my house, but can we do that for a probe.

Which reminds me, I need to post about future probes carrying a Voltmeter. Can we engineer a probe to have two electrodes outside the vehicle as it moves through space and record the voltage as it travels. Can we do that, especially on a probe sent to study Ida and Dactyl, our most important priority in space.

Now mind you, it has to read the outside Ambient Voltage as the ship is traveling through space. It is sort of like having a multimeter attached to the outside of the spacecraft.

Can we have something sticking out of the probe that are electrodes, measuring ambient voltage?

As for why Ida and Dactyl are gravitationally locked together is because both are highly magnetic, like as if flying magnets and hence, able to have gravity lock.

The reason for Saturn Rings being gravity lock and solid body rotation is that ice is a highly polar molecule with charges prominent.

Now in New Physics, there is no repel force in EM, there is a Pauli Exclusion which is denial of same space occupancy DSSO and this looks like a repel to the childish mind, but when examined closely it is found to be an exclusion, not a repelling. So in spiral galaxies with many stars near the galactic nucleus, that the enormous amount of electric charge of stars is a EM attraction that allows for solid body rotation of stars.

So in New Physics we have Gravity = EM, and since in Old Physics, it was thought that gravity is 10^40 weaker than EM, here, since Gravity = EM, we no longer view gravity is weaker, but rather gravity is EM.

That means I have to stop saying-- gravity is 10^40 weaker, for it depends on how much EM is being used in a situation, a situation in which gravity varies in strength from V proportional to R, V proportional to 1/R and V proportional to 1/R^2. The Coulomb force, like gravity has those ranges of force strength.

And in chemistry, we can now say, a crystal is gravitational bonded of atoms, since EM = gravity.

We need to stop thinking of gravity as a force of one pure mass attracting another pure mass. We have to think of gravity as mass has electrical and magnetic properties and the EM of one mass attracts the EM of another mass.

One of the very greatest faults that kept physicists from unifying the forces of physics to being EM, is this great fault of never recognizing that no repel exists. That is a huge huge burden and obstacle.

It is said "Seeing is believing.." and all the best in physics saw the magnet like poles-- what appears to be repelling. But it takes a supreme logical mind to really look into that belief, that demonstration. A superior logical mind that questions-- is that really a repel, or can it be something else that is very deceiving. The analogy of a fortress under attack, where the inside the fort come out and repel the invaders, but contrast that with the inside the fort remaining inside and denying the occupancy of the fort. Two different concepts.

And no-one can unify gravity to EM, until they realize EM is only attract.

Why would you think electrons, all of them are on the outside of the nucleus if they repelled?

Why would you think all the protons are inside the nucleus if they repelled. Only if you are a dumb klutz idiot of physics would you remain with that sort of belief. Only if you are a brainwashed idiot of physics would you hold onto that belief.

Many space probes have already been launched with instruments to measure
the electric field strength.

Actually, there is no Electric Field. There is a magnetic field, to be sure, but the world has no electric field.

What electricity has is Voltage.

Now you cannot have both, you cannot have Electric Field and Voltage as two separate individual concepts or parameters. The world has only one of them, and it is best to call it voltage.

The two laws of Maxwell Equations of Faraday and Ampere comes from differentiating the Ohm's law V=iR.

The law of Magnetism as no magnetic monopoles exist is the same as saying magnetism is a Field. You can say no monopole or it is always bipole, or, if you like you can say Magnetic Field.

Now, you can say Electric charge monopole, perfectly fine to say that, but, you cannot say Electric field if electricity has charge monopole. What you can say is that electric charges create voltage and charges are influenced by voltage.

So you cannot have Electric Field and have independently Voltage.

Now all physicists know of a Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation and they can measure it. What I am saying is that the Universe has a Cosmic Ambient Voltage, and possibly CMBR is the same as CAV.

I can measure the CAV in my home with a expensive Multimeter just by walking around waving the electrodes I pick up ambient voltage.

Now, I suspect no probe, no spaceship has checked for the CAV, especially in the ecleptic plane of the Sun, the plane where most of the planets lie in orbit.

So, I doubt your assessment that we have a data file on solar system voltage readings, I doubt it.

So I would like for the next Space mission to go to Ida and Dactyl, or highest priority space mission, because those two are gravity locked together. We have such a primitive idea of how gravity really works, that we must know how Ida and Dactyl work, and unless we do that, we run the risk of loss of many future missions, just because we did not bother to find out how gravity really works.

We see that now, in Juno, which is a failed mission. It was supposed to get into a 14 day orbit but is failed to a 55(?) day orbit. Where every 55 days, it sends back some pictures that we could have just as easily taken from land based Earth telescopes. Juno failed because we do not know gravity well enough and Jupiter gravity ruined the solenoid valves.

So, instead of heading to Mars or Europa or elsewhere, with our shoddy notions of how gravity works. Our next mission is Ida & Dactyl and prove that Gravity = EM.

And, as for Cassini around Saturn at the moment-- use it fully to its highest potential, do not crash it into Saturn, but have it docked inside the Rings so that we can calculate how much Solid Body Rotation the Rings bear.

Just saw a report saying there are no particles between Saturn and rings.

The days we send up space missions by empty headed leaders collecting empty headed data, should be looked into.

They aren't separate. The electric field and voltage are manifestations
of the same thing, interaction of electric charges with each other. You
can derive voltage by integrating the electric field over distance. You
can't have one without the other. The electric field is a vector.
Voltage is a scalar.

I do not have time for your crap.

I used to be tutored by a Stanford physicist, and one his memorable lectures was "units"

You are not going anywhere in physics if you cannot understand units

You are so dumb in physics you read some trash website written by a teenager or philosopher and think voltage is a scalar-- voltage has seconds cubed in the denominator, you half brained fool.

Hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!

Someone comes along and corrects ArchiePu and Archie doesn't just get mad,
he practically has a meltdown! He expects everyone to blindly follow along
with his Physics by Proclamation ("I, Archimedes Plutonium, do hereby
declare there is no electric field, because I say so!") and can't stand it
when people continue to use RealPhysics instead of Archie's FailedPhysics.
Nice demonstration of how to Fail at Physics.

p.s. Learn how units work.

Seconds in denominator
have nothing to do with being scalar or vector.

Being a scalar as opposed to a vector has NOTHING to do with whether the
number has units or not.

Speed is a scalar and velocity is a vector, though they have identical
units.

Sure.. :-)
Or work as a scalar versus torque as a vector.

An even more interesting example is torque and energy. They have very
different meanings, and one is a vector and the other a scalar, but they
have the same units (M*L^2/T^2).

so being torqued off means you have energy.

In the hydrostatic analogy,
electric field is like the liquid density multiplied by g,
voltage is like the pressure difference.

In the road profile analogy,
electric field is like the road slope,
voltage is like the altitude difference.

Both quantities in respective pairs are closely related
and one can have both.

As the former is derivative of the latter,
and the latter is integral of the former.

No, the electric field cannot exist.

You have to have rest mass to have electric charge.

You have to have rest mass to have magnetic field.

Charge is monopole, magnetism is dipole.

If Electric-field exists you have either one of two outcomes

1) the field loops on itself being monopole dipole
2) electric charge requires no rest mass

A mathematician easily sees the contradiction, a physicist is not used to logical rigor.

Let my dig into my notes when first learned no electric field is possible, for the reasoning was different than the above.

The trouble with physicists and the electric field is that they picked up something that is easy to talk about, but which does not actually exist, and by continually using it in discussions is made a fiction into a reality-- but it still does not exist.

At age 5 and all this talk of Santa Claus the 5 year old takes it as true, and in older years realizes it is fiction. Once physicists pry int the electric-field eventually will realize this dupe.

It started around 29 July 2016 where i questioned the need of the electric field when you had voltage.

Some discussion 17 Sept, 23 Oct 2016.

The argument then was

Voltage kg*m^2/A*s^3

Electric field was V/m

Magnetic field was kg/A*s^2

That meant the only viable concept with angular momentum m^2/s was Voltage

Electric field if exists gives just linear momentum

Yes, a mathematician easily sees the contradiction in your statement.

As he knows the gradient vector field
of the voltage scalar field DOES EXIST.

Poutnik, you need to stop chattering and focus.

Magnetism is dipole which means it is Field.

Charge is monopole, which means there cannot be a Field.

Time to start thinking here Poutnik, not reciting over and over.
