All atoms creates magnetism.
The electrons and protons arrange themselves
as a disc, with protons at the center.
If there are an unequal number of electrons 
and protons, the rotation of the disc
will create a magnetic pole at right-angles
to its centre. Since the disc is also precessing
10^16 times per second, this magnetic pole
gets turned end over end very quickly,
resulting in a polar electric field.

Universe is a Fractal based on Atom/Galaxy-
galaxies are made from self-similar units
called atoms. Likewise, atoms are made 
from self-similar units IN THE SAME WAY.

Atoms are laid out like spiral galaxies- a
nucleus with varying numbers of arms.

The problem is that you cannot
align two vortices tail to tail.
And an electron is a vortex- it is
defined by its spin.

So there are two kinds of electrons,
'spin up' and 'spin down', which
align opposite each other on the disc.

They are not called that because of
their position, but because they CAN
TAKE that position by virtue of having
the opposite spin- when they line up
tail to tail they are spinning the same 
way. Similarly, two vortices with the same
spin that are neighbours will interfere with 
each other, so neighbors as well as opposites
must be of opposite spin. 

This can be done with Carbon as well as Neon,
symmetrically.This actually gives me an idea
for another attempt at orbital-based
tetrahedral structures for Carbon.
