Yours is not the first fractal theory.

All atoms creates magnetism. 
The electrons and protons arrange themselves 
as a disc, with protons at the center. 
If there are an unequal number of electrons 
and protons, the rotation of the disc 
will create a magnetic pole at right-angles 
to its centre. Since the disc is also precessing 
10^16 times per second, this magnetic pole 
gets turned end over end very quickly, 
resulting in a polar electric field.

You mean like a judo flip. Did you know that a judo flip is a defensive move. If you do not flip. Do you know what happens. You have to go to the emergency room and get this heavy white thing put on your arm and you also get a large tub a ice cream with potato chips.

certainly, as the orbits are perfectly keplerian --
one might say, transcendentally, because of pi & all; however,
I don;t know that the theory goes to elliptical orbits,
as of this momentbeing ... and
it also has got to include hyperbolic ones --
which is a nice problemma, three
