All atoms creates magnetism. The electrons and protons arrange themselves as a disc, with protons at the center. If there are an unequal number of electrons and protons, the rotation of the disc will create a magnetic pole at right-angles to its centre. Since the disc is also precessing 10^16 times per second, this magnetic pole gets turned end over end very quickly, resulting in a polar electric field. _______________________________ "All atoms creates magnetism."
