There is no relation between the color red and the ...shift. Mars is red, is it a shift? Pluto is red, is it a shift? there are other planets/bodies in our solar system that is red...no shift. Red is a Color. If you understands Colors, there is no need to understand shift. Now, the test, ...What is Red? What is the relation between Mars Red and Hubble Redshift? Only if you understand Colors can you answer the question.

I ne'er thought that I would see p.v, actually having written some thing -- what ever it is. redshift is just longer waving, of course, since most of it is shifting to microwave, radio etc., and there is no known end to reshifting. it just gets fuzzzzzzier & fuzzzzier & redder & redder; and that means harder & harder to see, of course, because longer waves have less energy -- but they are still waving at you > What is the relation between Mars Red and Hubble Redshift? > > > Only if you understand Colors can you answer the question.

The Big Bang was a Giant Red Shift. if you observe what caused the big bang, you will find lurking in the shadows the blue and the green. and the blue green sez, "What was all that noise?"
