Exactly! This is the problem with asking whether an electron is a wave 
or a particle. It's like asking whether a quarter is an American 
president, or whether a quarter is a bird with spread wings. It is 
neither but it has the properties of both. And no, this does not mean 
that we've ever had a bird as a president, or that George Washington had 
tail feathers.
