Fact is nobody likes people using the courtroom for their own personal beliefs and it didn't really matter if Beverly was caught lying on the stand or not I would have still won that jury trial because I had exhibits I used proved that Beverly was a pathological liar that was not justified in any of her lies. <G> And the funniest thing about the exhibits I used to prove that Beverly and Ed were both pathological liars was exhibits that state knew I had but the State was not expecting me to know how to get those exhibits presented in court so they never even bothered to look at them. <G> BTW I learned from talking to people before my second jury trial that the only people that sided with Beverly despite the evidence I had against her were female. If the nuke were at ground level most of Manhattan would be vaporized but as it was the rock it was placed in took a lot of the damage until it worked it's way up where it instantly vaporized the part of the Tower below the alleged impact area. BTW that was the only real trick to using the nukes and that was to set them up so they only vaporized up to a certain floor or floors. And people that know about backpack nukes know they have a "Vaporization Range" so why not deep underground nukes too? Rocky

Either the nukes were confined below ground so they didn't spew radiation throughout NYC, or they broke through the ground, "vaporized" the lower floors (without a fireball?) and spewed its radiation everywhere. And don't say the USGS edited the seismometer's output without explaining how they were able to edit thousands of seismometers throughout the world.
