Jim I am doing what I'm told. City Clerk told me to be at the City Hall this Monday the 18th.She will have papers for me to run for mayor of Fullerton.Call her. I will tell you if your right or wrong.I'm not fudging I had Sandy go last year(witness) and my friend James Simpson go with me this year.As I told you I'm pretty deaf,and they are helping me. Fact is Fullerton goverment is pretty corrupt. Thgey could use an honest man. I hope to bring Fullerton back to the people.Have a growing "Health & Trust fund for Children." I don't have to call anyone to know that the Mayor of Fullerton is
not an elected office and the mayor has no particular powers to do
anything, much less authorize fund expenditures.

The only "papers" available on the 18th are to run for member of the
City Council.

Jim I know where your coming from,and you could be right,but both Sandy and Jim Simpson know I said "MAYOR" not a City Council person.I even showed her my Full Page when I ran for mayor of Easthampton MA. She kind of know me.Everyone in Fullerton Center knows me. They all have my Indian painting,and also framed my G=EMC^2 picture that depicks the BB and universe as having life(all in color) all for free. I'm using the Civic Center now as I type in the virander.Door says closed but you can swim here till 6.  Monday I will tell you exactly what's going on.It will be a go

Fullerton is one of the most prosperous cities in the area. I am sure
the residents are anxious to have a senile bum running for an office
that isn't elective in the first place.

Jim it Monday the 18,and we are both right.Fullerton has a mayor,and each year its one of the City Council members. I kind of knew that,but since lot of people want an nelected mayor like Anaheim(voted in) I thought I could change it.City Clerk gave that idea a thumbs down.Hmmm Next I will ask the council to have me mayor for 2017??  My reason for being mayor is to create the children trust fund Health and Welfare. City coucil salory is $600 a month,and that plus I'll add $400 is my gift.Walmart,Target,Mcdonalds,etc will give a monthly $$$$$ to it.  Well I;m at the Civic Center,and getting my 20 names to run Have 16 more to go.Lots say they are not registed Hmmmm  Have one that said he was,but still refused to sign.Go figure. Trebert

The Fullerton city budget for 2016-2017 is $186,000,000.00.

Fullerton is also one of the most affluent cities in the area and has
both a chilren's museum and a chilren's repertory theater, which just
returned from it's tour of France.

I heard of a case where somebody snuffed the pilot light, turned his stove's gas full on, and left a candle lit in a far bedroom.  When the house blew, it took out have the neighborhood!

I know of an actual case of a dimbulb who owned some rental property and 
having trouble renting it decided to collect the insurance money for it. 
So he goes in the basement and turns on the gas forgetting about the 
pilot light in the water heater. The blast totally disintegrated the 
building and damaged the entire block and the guy was found dazed and 
mumbling to himself wandering around the basement (with no building 
above it anymore). Lesson being it take a really large overpressure to 
kill people.

Once I'm in I can do a lot for poor children,and as rich as Fullerton is there are 1,000s.Poor children need a helping hand.Get sick more often than the rich. They will be the ones that my HEATH AND WELFARE will help and put them on equal terms with the rich. That is my reason to run and win.I will win. Wait for Nov.8th,and see. TreBert

You should investigate how the city charter can be amended to create an all powerful mayor, so that when you assume that office, you can accomplish your goals.  Probably only an initiative petition is required and collecting sufficient signatures to put the measure on the citywide ballot.  Have an attorney draw it up so the courts don't later find an excuse to throw it out.  Then get yourself elected mayor, and you'll be in business!
