Yeah, Relf doesn't know how to use Usenet.  His stuff would be better off
in Facebook or a blog.  That way he could post all kinds of HTML and UTF-8
in whatever font he wanted and people might even like it.  But in Facebook
he'd probably join whatever Linux or physics groups they have and start
posting lists of comics or praise for M$ and wind up getting kicked off.
But not so with a blog, by definition whatever he posts to his own blog is
on topic.
