Planck cavity is a structure in order to create black body radiation so a Big Bang cannot create it.

Another evidence is Solid Body Rotation which only Maxwell EM force can cause in a universe run by EM. Big Bang GR is run by gravity which then must ad hoc hypothesize stupid silly dark matter, dark mass. Better theory needs no ad hoc hypothesis.

No -- Tests of Bell's Inequality says the there are not hidden
variables. It has nothing to do with the validity of the BB or
GR. In fact, there has never been a prediction of relativity that
is contracted by an observation. General relativity remains a
   fruitful tool of physics.

AP should do a bit of self education.

GR is not quantum mechanics, perhaps we can call it a hybrid species of Special Relativity. But making hybrids of a true almost never gives you a new true theory, usually the opposite.

Here again we must call for logic. Is GR an extension or generalization of SR? And the answer is no, for although GR has a analogy type of how it was created, GR is wholly different from SR and should not even bare the name of "relativity".

Try looking at it the other way: SR falls out of GR. One can derive SR
   from GR.

No, GR comes from SR. You put gravity into SR and you have GR.

He means that SR is a simplification or special case of GR. Take GR,
set mass and gravity to 0 (or small enough to not matter) and simplify,
and you have SR.

In the same way, take SR, set all velocitites small enough to not matter
(compared to c), simplify, and you have Newtonian mechanics.

Of course, these were all discovered in the reverse order making it look
like each led to the next.

Cesare is correct and Sam wrong. Sam does not have a math-logic mind to understand the disconnected relationship of SR and GR. What failed in physics history was when it was realized Maxwell theory was imbued with SR the SR was Maxwell theory. And that not even the most brainwashed lover of GR, like Sam is going to suggest GR comes out of Maxwell theory.

Yes of course it is.
Special relativity is based on the hypothesis that the laws of physics
are of the same form in (at least) all inertial reference frames.
General relativity is based on the hypothesis that the laws of physics
are of the same form in all reference frames, inertial or not. This is
why special relativity is called special, because it deals with that
invariance in a subset of reference frames. General relativity expands
that scope.

Why do you say it is wholly different?

Sorry your wrong. You neglect Maxwell theory which has a SR math but not a GR math. The greatest disaster of modern physics is push Maxwell EM aside and fill it with silly GR.

Now I believe all of SR is encapsulated in solid-body-rotation, in that having a speed as constant is the exact analog of having any three points on a revolving disc maintain their constant distance from one another. So what means is the Universe is run from Maxwell EM, not run by gravity-GR.

In that analogy, the constant speed of light becomes the constant fixed distance of any two points in solid-body-rotation and what is now variable is different speeds of those two points, much as time dilation and length contraction are the variables in SR.

The two points you describe have no relative motion to each other.

Variable speed I am talking about is V is proportion to radial distance from center as displayed by most spiral galaxies. So a point near center has slower speed than point near rim.

Simply replacing old SR parameters with an equivalent SR of parameters.

Pick any two points -- the two points have no relative motion to each
   other.
