"Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper
atmosphere wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by
constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act
as a lens or focusing device."

From Haarp patent. Chimp is a dishonest moron. He is also a total waste
of everyone's time. Like all monkeys he's a joke.

There is no "HAARP patent".

No one associated with HAARP had anything to do with that patent.

All claims that HAARP had anything to do with that patent were rejected.

That patent you so dearly love is chock full of nutty kook claims kook.

Nope; HAARP was all about RF propagation research, not kook claims about
energy generation, weather modification, shooting down airplanes and
satellites or any of the many kook claims in that patent kook.
