Yes you can. Not completely but much reduced exposure. The Belts are a belt around the (magnetic) equator. They're pretty much shaped like a donut with the earth stuck in the hole. I got a call like that. I informed the caller my accountant deals
with such things and he will need to contact her. He got belligerent
telling me I'll go to prison if this isn't handled right now.
I replied with, "I'm fairly certain a trial would be required
first. But for that you'll need to speak to my lawyer. Hold on. I'll
see if he's available for a conference call."
