The purpose if a government cover-up agent is always to push the
discussion away from a credible and reasonable investigation of facts
into a discussion of mental aberrations. I'm mean if a person making
accusations of wrong-doing is insane then nobody needs to pay attention
to what they are saying, right? For example the existence of a
government cover-up campaign f the facts of UFO has been proved BEYOND
DOUBT by their own paperwork. You can buy the book with it all on Amazon
(but HVAC won't read it of course to try to make sure nobody else does
either).
The methodology is simply to constantly repeat the same few lies over
and over (eg. BJ believes in ESP) until readers forget the irrational
source they heard it from. He thinks he's in charge of the world.

Great logic Odd! However it may imply that there is greater probability
that the pusher is a cover-up agent. After all you can't expect HVAC to
