We have to ask this "How long did all that hydrogen and helium take to make the first stars? Was there any space dust to speed up the force of gravity? You do realize that that article describes how the black hole jets _slows_
star formation in a negative feedback loop, and the stars that are formed
are formed from surrounding gas, not from the jets themselves.
