How much energy has been produced
by hot fusion?
How much money has been spent?
How many years have they been
trying?
It's interesting that no one seems to
be clamoring to put the plug in this
huge waste of money- I guess Big Oil
feels safe: let them go for it- it will
never happen. It's Junk Science.

Rather junk rhetoric, promoting alchemy instead.

Knowledge makes a great man humble, but a small man arrogant.

Eventual Wikipedia articles are provided with intention
of a convenient reference, not as an evidence, argument,
and usually not as a primary source of my knowledge.

John My pulse fusion machine(PFM) works on controlled fusion. It is based on very good science thinking and simple engineering. It is not based on con like cold fusion. It works because it knows why Tokamak melts down.Using the great heat is why it works. Like the Sun it can run for a long time none stop(73 years) with no outside help. TreBert

Never answered the original question. What energy out versus what you put in and for how long? Yes the sun worked great but there is rather a lot of gravity to pull it all together - duh!

In your mind, John, what's a solid cap for Too Much Money or Too Much
Time before research yields a practical result?

Let's leave the fusion on the Sun where it belongs and let's learn to tap into the energy coming from there.

The only reason (probably ) they're
blasting away so much money on
hot fusion is because it can be used
for bombs

John, you are so full of shit.
Uncontrolled hydrogen fusion has been around since the 1950s. There is
nothing useful that is coming from controlled fusion that would enhance
fusion bombs.
