To me, Bruce Jenner can do anything he wants to himself. None of MY business. However, he *is* mentally ill. There are people, mentally ill people, who seek out defrocked doctors to perform unnecessary surgery on them. Some cut off fingers and toes. Others, entire feet or hands. A ctually, I agree with hyak on this one (gasp)- but it is the doctors that have the responsibility. If someone asks you to shoot them- and you do- because you can- are you not at fault? Same with a knife.
