The primary purpose of the LHC is to create the particles that
were created in the big bang.

Why do you YOU think they built it?

Do they have an award for 'Greatest Troll Ever'?
Bert deserves an award.

They ought to call it the "Nobel" award. Bert has been dying to win a
"Nobel" forever! His wish should be granted before that final barrel
boat trip to "save the children".

I say let's get a dumbbell and write NO on it. Problem solved.

Brilliant, Hanson!

Henceforth I shall award a 'Campbell' to all worthy sci.physics posters

So it is written, so shall it be done

The moving finger writes, and having writ, moves on

Note that John and BJ are close allies on this group. Why? Because they
both think that studying the nature of our physical universe is a waste
of time and money. They think we should properly spend money studying
the paranormal. The world of the real is far too boring for them.

As Shaggy says, "They're like two trippy peas in a far out pod".
