That's so sad, sorry you're going through that.
I have a friend who is 63 and going through a horrible deal with his,
and needs it yanked out, he has to wear a pee bag and catheterize
himself. I would have had mine yanked long ago, regardless of the risk
of sexual dysfunction.

It's a sign of gonorrhea, though painful urination can be caused
by many other problems.
Jeff should make an appointment with his doctor to discuss the
matter. Maybe get a referral to a urologist.

Much the same here. A guy who lives a street over spent a great
deal on fireworks. His display almost rivaled the one the city put on.
