A while back somebody lived I think one whole year up on a tree house he'd secretly built in woods not far from where he worked a day job. Nobody ever noticed it. He related the experience to others in Reddit. Although my experience wasn't as exciting, still I could relate to the joy and happiness he expressed. Stuff like that are marvelous.

The guy from Reddit I was talking about, he built his hiding place within walking distance from a gym, so no Windex issues. He had made a nice system of ropes and pulleys that could be utilized to go up and down with relative ease. His house which was not much more than a bed was way up, hidden by branches and leaves of same tree below it. He posted links to pictures of it taken during and after he had stopped living there. Wonderful experience.
