Most countries acknowledge the science.

The current US position is to deny it.

I like cheese, but not cheese puffs. Explain that!

Art 9
1. Developed country Parties shall provide financial resources to assist
developing country Parties with respect to both mitigation and adaptation in
continuation of their existing obligations under the Convention.

9. The institutions serving this Agreement, including the operating entities
of
the Financial Mechanism of the Convention, shall aim to ensure efficient
access to
financial resources through simplified approval procedures and enhanced
readiness
support for developing country Parties, in particular for the least
developed
countries and small island developing States, in the context of their
national
climate strategies and plans.

Art 10
6. Support, including financial support, shall be provided to developing
country
Parties for the implementation of this Article, including for strengthening
cooperative action on technology development and transfer at different
stages of
the technology cycle, with a view to achieving a balance between support for
mitigation and adaptation. The global stocktake referred to in Article 14
shall take
into account available information on efforts related to support on
technology
development and transfer for developing country Parties.

Once again we see that Snit promoting something he is ignorant about.
