Nothing is stable in Greenland in any time scale larger than weeks.

Published world average rise of ONLY 1/2 degree F rise from 1940 to 2015.

as a short term maximum  without statistical significance,

rapidly melt this glacier ?

you will see the error of using a long term average to predict a 
specific event.

Until you revoke the statistical lie about 1940,
there is no sense to continue.

BTW, Average temperature value and its trend
do not cause anything. They are consequences, not causes.
