Exactly. The person he cites for the "over 60 anomalies" says explicitly that what he means by anomalies is features that are remarkably different from other substances. This does NOT mean features that are unaccounted for by the laws of physics and chemistry, and in fact, the work of the person cited calls out where those anomalies are in fact explained by the laws of physics and chemistry.
